7/31/17- 6-foot, 200-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. On mound; shows tempo into balance point, longer arm action, out and over front leg, upright at release. Fastball was 73-76 mph with occasional downhill plane. Rolling 12/6 break on curveball at 60-61 mph. 5.03 runner. Tall open stance, strides to square with knee to knee trigger, line drive swing plane, flashes occasional pop to mid/pull side of field, 80 mph exit velocity. Sure hands, accurate arm, average footwork around bag, solid receiver, 73 mph arm across infield.
3/5/17- 6-foot, 200-pound right-handed pitcher. Controlled tempo, decent body control, slight collapse over rubber, delivers from H ¾ slot, and is slightly upright at release. Fastball was 77-81 mph with slight cutting action and flashes of life. Good shape on 11/5 curveball; with ability to land consistently for strikes. Late arm-side fade and sink on solid changeup for strikes.
8/1/16- 5-foot-11, 200-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. Controlled delivery, leaks early out of balance point, arm is clean and loose from ¾ slot, minimal use of legs in delivery. Varying run and cut action on fastball at 73-75 mph. 11/5 breaking ball, thrown at 61-62 mph, has early break and loose spin. Changeup was 64-67 mph. 8.04 runner. Short load, stays compact, front leaks open early, line drive path, solid contact to mid/pull side of field, 80 mph exit velocity. Makes routine plays, solid glove, fields deep occasionally, good footwork around bag, accurate arm, 73 mph arm strength.
