Verbally committed to University of Iowa in his junior year.
6-foot-5, 240-pound 2-way player. Lindaman is a physical first baseman/ middle of order bat who is committed to U. of Iowa. Ran a 7.53 60. Not a burner but runs solid-average for position and size. 90 mph exit velocity off tee. Loads weight on back side. Tall and fall type approach with balance. Has good hands and stays inside ball at contact. Gap to gap approach with power to oppo gap and left field line. Good feet at first base. Moves well. Handles above average plays. Glove works and throws above average. 81 mph arm strength across infield. Balance and rhythm on mound. Flashes downhill action on fastball when he gets out front. Throws 3 pitches for strikes. Fastball was 81-83 mph. Curveball was 71-73 mph with 11/5 shape and late break and showed better feel for changeup at 68-71 mph. Has and will continue to add velocity. Already steadily in the mid-80’s this spring and climbing.
6-foot-5, 240-pound 2-way player. 7.53 60 time. Extra large physical build. Starts open with slight leg kick trigger. Load can be deep at times but gets on plane shows ability to get to and drive through baseballs. Shows projectable plus power to the pull side of field with 92 mph exit velocity off tee. Moves extremely well at first base. Light on feet and ability to make assorted plays. Was receiving substantial interest from colleges for football. Shows 82 mph arm strength across infield. Long loose high ¾ arm slot with slight wrap on backside. Stays inline to home and shows ability to repeat 3 pitches for strikes. Recent commitment to U. of Iowa to play baseball. High Follow due to athleticism for size, projectable power, and ability to drive in runs in the future.
6-foot-4, 240-pound 2 way player. 5.0 home to first time. Right handed hitter, easy load and stride into contact, low hand set to start, line-drive swing plane with lift at finish. Upper and lower half sequence well. Gap to gap approach. Ball jumps well when Lindaman gets extended. Loud triple to right center gap in game. Projected middle of order bat. 89 mph exit velocity off tee. Probably needs to turn it loose little more for body type. At times can be contact oriented. Defensively, moves well at first base. Good awareness around bag to handle throws from across the diamond. Throws from over the top slot. Easily handles the position with ability to start double plays with quality glove and feet. On the mound, low hand set, stagnant hands, shoulder tilt in delivery, tends to miss up in zone, does have some arm speed which allows him to get out front. Arm works well, fluid stroke. Average breaking ball for strikes. Front side swings open causing him to fall off towards first base side. Fastball ranged 79-82. Curveball 61-64. With minor adjustments could be valuable arm on mound; upside and future though is as a middle of order bat who projects to hit with power and produce runs.
