7/30/18- 6-foot-2, 185-pound right-handed pitcher. Good physicality for age. Rocker step into athletic balance point, leans back at top, slight pie arm slot. Fastball was 79-80 mph with flashes of late running action. Above avg. run and fade on changeup for strikes. Was inconsistent with breaking ball in this outing.
3/11/18- 6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. Physical frame with present strength. On mound; rocker step into balance point, leans back at top, longer pie arm action, solid arm strength, shows ability to drive baseball downhill. Fastball was 80-82 mph with slight running action to plate. 11/5 breaking ball has solid depth and shape for strikes. Hard cutting action on changeup. 7.15 runner. Slight closed stance, leg kick trigger, present strength, deep arm bar in load, spray contact, flashes hard contact to pull side of field, 88 mph exit velocity. Sure hands, decent athlete, tends to stop to field, will continue to develop rhythm and refine mechanics as he matures, arm plays well with accuracy and carry to bag, 82 mph arm across infield. Strong follow in 2021 class.
