FB: T82, 79-81 mph. Comes out clean, easy effort; plenty more in the tank. Some sink at times, maxed at 19.2 inches of induced vertical break.
CB: 57-58 mph. Decelerates arm action, 11/5 shape that breaks early.
SL: 62-65 mph. Tighter spin, 10/4 shape, occasionally sharp. Thrown with fastball intent. Averages 2,173 rpm, max of 2,286 rpm.

Body: 6-0, 160-pounds. Athletic, projectable frame; long levers.
Delivery: Tall start, works from the center of the rubber; simple, rhythmic side step to balance point, slight lean back. High front side at draw, shoulders closed, working on line. Generates good separation at square, toe-open landing; extension in torso. Low effort involved.
Arm Action: RH. Loose, clean arm path, quick out front from a high 3/4 slot.
FB: T83, 79-81 mph. Creates some downhill tilt, with run; low-spin type, at a 1,924 rpm average.
CB: 60-62 mph. Decelerates arm speed, but demonstrates a feel to spin it helping it project well; averaged a spin rate of 2,269 rpm. Break is more vertical, inconsistent shape, but flashes sharp, tight.

6-foot, 155 pounds; long limbs, high waist, projects well. While the results might not have been what Carter was looking for in his start on Sunday, he demonstrated his upside and swing-and-miss abilities by striking out eight batters in four innings, walking only one. He was sitting in the upper-70s, topping 80 mph, with arm-side action. Loose, repeatable arm action from a ¾ slot, works at an uptempo pace.

Delivery: Tempo'd tall/fall delivery, level front side, stable lead leg at foot strike, short stride downhill, works direct to target. Maintains a fluid rhythm throughout, consistently repeats.
Arm Action: Short and loose arm works quick from a high 3/4 slot.
FB: T77, 75-77 mph. Comes out clean. Four-seam type, strikes.
SL: 57-59 mph. 11/5 shape. Sharp action to it at times.
CH: 68-69 mph. Fastball arm speed. Heavy arm-side run, feel for pitch.

Body: 6-foot, 155-pounds. Long-limbed, high-waisted frame.
Hit: SH. Balanced, wide setup, smooth load and short stride. Short, level bat path, line-drive approach and pull approach.
Power: 72 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. INF - 73 mph. Short arm action, high 3/4 slot.
Defense: Reliable hands, clean through release.
Run: 8.45 runner in the 60.
