2/22/15: A projectable 6-foot-4, 187 pound righty, Dickey showcased a fastball up to 90 mph, sitting 86-88.   Arm speed is quick. He pitches from a high 3/4 slot with a short arm action.  Smooth rhythm throughout the delivery.  Needs to improve his off-speed pitches. Committed to Louisville. 

2/22/14: 6-foot-4, 183 pound sophomore ran a 7.35 60 at the event.  Across the diamond throws from a low ¾ slot.  Hands are average.  Defensive actions are raw, Projects more on the mound.  Offensively starts balanced with a slightly leg kick.  Swing plane is level and displayed some pull side power. 
9/15/13: 5-foot-11, 175 pound freshman is mechanically sound for his age.  Possesses good arm speed from a ¾ arm slot that creates whip.  Good downward plane on all pitches.  Consistently in the zone.  Fastball sat 79-81.  Arm speed suggests there will be a significant velocity jump in the near future.  68-72 mph Breaking ball shows two planes from an 11/5-10-4 shape with good depth.  Potentially a Top 5 arm in his class.
