Partial use of the lower half, average balance throughout the swing. Shows average bat speed from a long, level path. Gap to gap power potential; high exit velocity of 87 mph. Defensively, showcased average hands. Footwork is flat. Short, lowe 3/4 arm action with throws topping out at 74 mph. On the mound pitches from a high 3/4 arm action with average arm speed. Tall at his balance point with an inward turn. Regular effort with some rhythm in the delivery. Stays in line, lands square. Fastball sat 74-76, T-77. Breaking ball has sweeping type action at 64-67; tends to slow arm down. Changeup is thrown with near fastball arm speed at 71-74; straight. 

7/24/18:  Lanky 6’3 2020 RHP/ 1B hits from the right side. Uses slightly open wide base setup in the box. Short stride to the baseball. Bat is level through the zone. Showed opposite field approach during BP. Posted an exit velo of 83. On the mound pitches from high ¾ arm slot. Long first step to initiate delivery, toe tap then big leg lift into chest. Complete arm circle for arm stroke. FB sat 72-75 T76. CB showed some action at 64-67.

12/16/17:  6-foot-3, 165 pound first baseman has a wide, athletic setup in batters box.  Short stride, average use of lower half.  Hands load back.  Creates some barrel drag.  Long, level path to contact.  High exit velocity of 82mph.  Defensively, hands are average with flat footwork.  Throws topped 66mph across the infield.  He ran a 7.97 laser timed 60 yard dash.
