10.14.17: 60 Time: 7.97, Position Velocity: INF-73, C-67, Exit Velocity: 85. 5-foot-10, 180 pound sophomore catcher showcased easy pull side bat speed with athletic setup and balance. Short load and stride to swing, hands bounce before entering the hitting zone and work fast through the hitting zone. Launched a couple baseballs with good angle to the outfield in BP. Lower half is average, more length needed to generate more power in swing, front foot spins on heel. Behind the plate, works tall to throw with below average arm strength to second base. Finishes upright on heels, struggles to gain momentum towards the bag with a recoil on throw. Pop times were 2.25-2.36. Glove late and heavy to receive the baseball. Corner infielder, plays tall to field and throw, big ¾ arm action and delivery across the diamond, spins left to throw. Gets on the side of the baseball and ball travels arm side to first base. Choppy, heavy footwork with average hands to field.
2/25/17: 5-foot-9, 180 pounds.  Offensively, balanced setup, hands drop during the load, leg kick timing trigger, short stride, over rotation with the lower half.  Above average bat speed, level swing plane. Registered a high exit velocity of 85 mph.  Defensively, heavy footwork, hard hands. Short-high ¾ arm action, throws topped out at 73 mph.

9/20/15: The 5-foot-7, 150 pound catcher  showed a good stance and soft hands when receiving. Popped between 2.83-2.90.  Showed a quick arm action and good feet. Needs to work on staying down when receiving/throwing and building arm strength.  Will improve as he continues to develop and gain more experience.  Offensively, he loads back and uses a leg kick for timing.  Bat speed was average with a short path to the baseball.  In/out type swing.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 78 mph.
The 3B ran a 8.68-60 and was 64 across the infield.  Average hands, clean exchange.  Moves well, but feet are heavy.  Short, high 3/4 arm action across the field with average strength.
