5/2/18: IU-Kokomo commit threw complete game against #3 in 1A Daleville, giving up 4 hits, 2 runs, and striking out 4. Senior right hander opened the first inning at 85-86 with the fastball, before settling in the rest of the game at 83-85. Effort in the delivery, struggled to repeat at times, slight change in delivery and arm speed to throw off speed. Competed for 7 innings, got better as the game went on. Athletic frame, high OT arm action, fastball gets flat on same plane and straight. Moved baseball around side to side, ran fastball in late. Breaking ball is average pitch, 11/5 break thrown for a strike, misses bats at 67-68. Flashed a few changeups arm side 74-75, slowed tempo and arm speed. Hit 4th in the lineup, hand load and barrel work steep through the hitting zone, pull side loop swing.

2/19/17: 6-foot-1, 175 pounds. Offensively, slight crouch/balanced setup, loads back, short stride. 2-part swing.  Average use of the lower half, maintains balance throughout the swing.  Average bat speed, level path, line drive approach . Registered a high exit velocity of 84 mph.  Defensively, long , high ¾ arm action.  Throws topped out at 87 mph with carry.  Showcased sure hands, plays through, fluid feet.  Soild defender.  Ran a 7.39 in the laser-timed 60 yard dash. 

2/21/16: 6-foot, 170 pounder ran a 7.52-60 and was 84 across the diamond.  Average hands with quick, choppy steps.  Clean exchange.  Hits from a balanced/crouch type setup.  Loads back, short stride.  Above average bat speed with a good approach.  Short, level swing path.  Line drive hitter with fluid rhythm.  

9/20/15: 6-foot, 165 pounder ran a 7.55-60 and was 81 across the infield with carry. Loose arm action.Hands are average with fluid feet.  Clean exchange.  At the plate hits from a balanced setup, smooth load back.  Stride is short, good balance.  Above average bat speed, level path, fluid rhythm.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 82 mph. 

PITCHING-6-foot, 165 pound RHP pitches from a long high ¾ arm action.  Drop and drive type delivery with smooth rhythm.  Shoulders stay level and has good direction to the plate with an athletic finish.  Fastball was straight at 79-81.  Breaking ball has an 11/5 shape with gradual movement at 64-65.  Changeup is thrown with near fastball arm speed with occasional fade at 66-67.
