Snider High School, Class of 2020 5-foot-11, 195-pound C / RHP. At the plate, had an exit velocity of 87 mph. Starts in a wide stance; uses bat tilt to help generate power. Straight to the ball swing plane and gets off back foot well.  Behind the plate, he had a pop time of 2.07; his highest recorded velocity during throw downs was clocked at 71 mph. Had a very quick transfer, accuracy was good when his feet were in good position. On the mound uses body well to help generate power at a 3/4 arm slot. In the 60-yard dash, he recorded a time of 7.9 On the mound, his fastball was consistently 76-78 mph and topped out at 79 mph. He consistently threw his curveball 64-66 mph with movement. He can keep hitters off balance when he locates his changeup (67-69 mph) low in the zone. Quick motion and he was able to hide the ball.

On the mound the right-hander has a slower paced tempo to his lower effort delivery. Drop and drive type guy who gets down the mound well. Fastball comes out of a high-¾ slot staying mostly true through the zone at 73-75 mph topping at 77 mph. Breaking ball has tight action on an 11/5 plane at 64-65 mph. Also showed a 66-68 mph changeup thrown with fastball arm speed. A strike thrower that was in the zone with all three offerings. A righty swinger that starts in a balanced stance. Simple, fluid load that creates balance. Level path with more strength than speed to stroke but both tools look to be above average. Ball comes off well, generating gap pop. Solid round of BP. Behind the dish he showed to be a solid catch and throw guy. Good athlete back there with quickness to feet. Throws were on target with average strength.
60-yard dash: 7.86
Pop Times: 2.06-2.12
Catcher Velocity: 72
Exit Velocity: 85
