Jaden Hart, OF/INF, Jeffersonville (IN), 2023 Uncommitted. A returner to the Vols this season, Hart had an impressive all-around workout. He stands in an athletic frame with lean strength, and began the event running the second fastest 60 time (6.56). During his round of batting practice the right-handed hitter posted a 96.2 mph exit velocity and an average exit velocity of 89 mph. He took defense from both the outfield and infield, playing with clean actions and bounce from both positions, while displaying a lively arm, too, as he posted a max infield velocity of 90 mph and a max outfield velocity of 97 mph (event best).

Hit: (RHH) Athletic. Began in an athletic stance with a quick load, then used a short stride. Quick bat speed. Good extension on his balanced finish, short level swing. Line drive approach.

Power: 95.4 mph exit velocity, average 83.8 mph. 75.0 mph bat speed average. 23.4 mph hand speed average.

Defense:  (IF) Soft hands, quick footwork, clean exchange. Solid. (OF) Soft hands, athletic footwork, twitchy exchange. Advanced.  Laterally, his movements were twitchy.

Arm: 89 mph infield velocity. 94 mph outfield velocity. Loose very quick arm action, high ¾ slot.

Hit: (RHH) Athletic above average. Starts in an athletic tall stance with a tight controlled load, then uses a leg kick controlled. Quick efficient bat speed. Good extension on his finish, level uphill swing. Up the middle approach. 

Power: 95.1 mph exit velocity, average 89.3 mph. 72.2 mph bat speed average. 22.9 mph hand speed average.

Defense:  (IF) Soft sure hands, rhythmic footwork, natural exchange. Smooth. (OF) Twitchy hands, smooth consistent footwork, clean exchange. Above average athletic.  Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. 

Arm: 84 mph infield velocity. 91 mph outfield velocity. Quick long arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy. 

Speed: 6.83 (60-yard).

Solid in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 86 mph; has soft hands, a clean exchange, and quick feet. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Used a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.84. On the mound, showed quick arm speed with a consistent arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Sat with his fastball at 80-83 mph. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2176; Avg 2029). His 11/5 curveball (65-68) showed gradual action. (Max spin 2120; Avg 2069). He had some action on his changeup (68-69).
