2/18/18:  5-foot-11, 190 pound left-handed hitter has present pull side power.  Leg kicks into a fluid hand load, created loud contact to the right side of the field consistently.  Strong, physical swing.  High exit velocity of 86mph.  Defensively, plays with flat footwork into a clean transfer.  Plays through the ball.  Long arm swing into a 3/4 slot.  Throws topped at 88.  On the mound, fastball sat 81-84 with arm side run.  Breaking ball features late depth and potential plus out pitch ability.  Change-up creates late arm side depth, inconsistent command.  Drop and drive delivery, lands squared.  Thick lower half, creates power from the ground up.  Long, loopy arm swing.  Ran a 7.34 60 yard dash.

2017 Spring Scout Blog:  5-foot-11, 190 pound lefty showed some advanced hit and miss breaking balls en route to a quietly impressive complete game win over crosstown rivals. Starts open on the mound, easy delivery, and complete finish. High 3/4 slot with average arm speed. Fastball was 80-83 in the first few innings and 79-81 as the game progressed. Breaking ball had a couple variations but was 70-73 with good depth. Favored the outside part of the plate with RHH. Struck out eight consecutive before forcing a ground-out to get the W. Final line: CG 7IP 2H 0R 1BB 11K.

5/18/16 Game Notes: 5-foot-9 160 pound LHP recorded 4Ks and allowed 3R on 5H in a 5-3 victory over Bloomington South. Works at a quick pace with rhythm and athletic delivery with effort. High 3/4 slot. Fastball was 79-82 with some late run. Breaking ball thrown with CB and SL shape at 72-74. Both could have swing and miss stuff down the road. With improved command of the inside part of the plate could be an interesting projectable pitcher to watch.
