Matthew Dobuck: LHP/1B, (2021) Plymouth, IN. 6-foot-3, 185-pound projectable frame. During batting practice, the left-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 88 mph. Started in a wide crouched stance then used a toe tap. Had raw bat speed and high finish. Line drive approach. While in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 79 mph; has athletic footwork. Showed Short swing arm action with some accuracy to the base. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.5. Projectable on the mound, threw from a ¾ arm angle and had some arm speed. Feel type pitcher and shows easy effort. Has an athletic balance point, even shoulders and lands closed. Changeup (74-76 mph), slider (68-73 mph). Produced a fastball that came in at 78-83 mph with a max of 83 mph; had cutting action. Throws a 1/7 curveball (62-67) with low in the zone command.
