4/12/2019 Spring Scout Blog: Ohio commit. 6-feet, 180 pound frame. Pitched a complete game (5IP, 2H, 0R, 4K, 1BB) versus Portage Northern. Relied heavily on his 88-91 mph fastball, touching 92 on multiple occasions. Ball jumps out of his hand from a 3/4 slot. Repeated well. Inward turn, high front shoulder tilt, long on the backside. Lands square.
9/16/17 PBR Fall Championships: The 6-foot, 180-pounder got the nod for the Indiana Bulls against Top Tier and went five scoreless innings. The ball jumped out of his hand from a 3/4 slot as he worked his fastball in and out at 86-87 mph with late life. He consistently threw first-pitch strikes and applied the pressure on hitters. He then put them away with a sharp, tight slider at 70-72, which he controlled in and out of the zone.
2017 Spring Scout Blog: Uncommitted Top-20 player in the 2019 Indiana class. Stands 6-foot, 185 pounds with an athletic frame. Works quick and confident from the right side with a loose 3/4 arm angle. Some rotation in delivery with good momentum to the plate. Fastball will likely see bigger numbers as the weather warms, but was consistent 83-86 in the first four innings with a few touching 87. Some pitches had slight cut action. Slider was 10/4 and 72-75 with command. Has pitched with confidence every time we've seen him.
2/25/17: The 6-foot, 180 pound sophomore made a velocity jump this off-season, sitting 83-86 and touching 88. Fastball has good command to glove side, sometimes having cut action. Slider has 10/4 action with sweeping action at 71-74. Swing and miss pitch. Change-up has improved with flashes of late depth. Delivery has a quick pace with slight inward turn and a front hip lead. Arm action is quick, loose with 3/4 slot. Finishes athletically.
6/21/16: The 6 foot 180 pound right hander sat 81-83 with the fastball with slight run. Commanded the fastball to the arm side. Slider has 10/4 shape and late break. Will need to add velo to the slider but has consistent shape and feel. Has a fast tempo on the mound. Tendency to rush. Bright future if can get more consistent with delivery.
Offensively, Parker has an athletic setup with backload. Has some pop to the pull side. Bat speed is fast. Tendency to pull off. Has level bat path with fluid actions. Parker also ran a 7.19 60yd dash and had an exit velocity of 89.

He struggled with command, but he's only a freshman and showed an above average fastball for a 2019 sitting 85 in the first inning. In the second he settled in at 82-84, while in the third and fourth was more 80-81. The arm action is long and loose, throwing from a 3/4 slot. He works at a quick pace with some rhythm. Showed good direction. Breaking ball had a 10/4 shape at 69-71.
