Hit: (RHH) Solid. Began in a tall stance with a controlled load, then used a toe tap stride. Good extension on his finish, short level swing. Gap to gap approach.
Power: 89.8 mph exit velocity, average 78.8 mph. 69.9 mph bat speed average. 23.3 mph hand speed average.
Arm: 83 mph infield velocity. Loose arm action, ¾ slot.
Speed: 7.38 (60-yard).
Pitching: Solid. Feel delivery, easy effort. ¾ arm angle, some arm speed, longer clean arm action. Athletic balance point, uphill shoulders, a clean balanced finish.
6/26/18: 2023 INF/OF/RHP hits from the right side. Uses tall slightly open setup in the box. Toe tap for trigger with some hand action. Lands early on front foot and showed choppy rhythm in swing. Needs to be more on time with front side so bat barrel does not drag throughout the zone. Stride is short and sometimes long to contact point. Bat speed is average for age, posted an exit velo of 73. In the OF looks to be athletic and plays through the baseball. Exchange is good for age and keeps momentum throughout throws. Arm strength from OF was 71 which is average for age. In the INF showed good actions for age, showed quick feet. Did tend to not play through the baseball up the middle but did field the baseball out in front and not deep. On the mound pitches from high ¾ arm slot. Simple delivery and repeats well for age. Slower tempo to the plate. Arm is quick for age and arm action is short and loose. Did tend to fly open on front side at times. FB was 64-67. CB was 54-56 and tended to slow arm when throwing. CH was 55-59 and also change arm motion when throwing.
