2017 Spring Scout Blog:  Uncommitted, sturdy 6-foot-3 RHP struck out seven and picked up a CG win giving up 2R and 5H. Also added a HR at the plate to help his cause. Good tempo on the mound and varies the delivery speed. Throws from a 3/4, short arm slot that drops down later in the game. Lands square and falls slightly towards first. Fastball was 86-88 and a couple 89s in the first two innings and held 85-87 with a few 88s into the sixth. Slider was 76-79 and had some better downward sweep action against righties, but not consistent. One of the top uncommitted 2018 arms in Indiana.
