2/14/15: 6-foot-3, 230 pound 1B possesses a big, strong frame.  Works well at 1B.  Clean exchange with soft hands.  Offensively, starts in an open setup.  Short, compact swing with quick hands.  Good balance throughout.  Fluid rhythm.  Needs to improve use of the lower half.  Registered an exit velo of 90 mph.  Ran a 7.32-60. Recently committed to St. Joe’s.  

PITCHING: 6-foot-3, 230 pound right-hander pitches from a high ¾ slot with average arm speed.  Loose, clean arm action.  Works at a quick pace, good balance and direction.  Fastball was up to 81 and kept in the zone.  Soft breaking ball from 11/5 shape at 60-63.  Changeup sat 69-72.
