5-foot-8, 140 pound right-handed hitter showed the ability to generate good positive movement towards which provided average power in his swing. Peters’ exit velocity was 75 mph and there is room for improvement as he gets older. He swung with a level path, but need some improvement on staying connected and keeping his hands inside the ball to allow for greater contact. Defensively, he projects as a second base type. Feet tend to get wide and stop momentum when receiving the ball. Short arm action with top velocity of 72 mph across the infield.
