8/21/16: The 2018 grad right-handed pitcher sat 78-79 with a fastball that had good command at the knees.  Delivery has some athleticism.  Arm slot is high 3/4 with some looseness.  Breaking ball sat 65-66 with gradual break.  Offensively, Burger hits from a wide setup and a back load.  Bat path is level with above average bat speed.  In the field, hands are fluid with a long exchange and arm action.

9/24/16:  The 6 foot 2 175 pound infielder showcased clean actions defensively and a 3/4 arm slot.  Infield velocity topped at 80mph.  On the mound, arm action is short and loose.  Creates a smooth rhythm and stays in direction.  Fastball has slight run at 77-79, touching 80.  Breaking ball has 11/5 shape with early, gradual break. Change-up is thrown near FB arm speed and has slight fade.  At the plate, Burger hits from a balanced setup and a short leg kick.  Bat speed is average.  Path is level with some extension.  Found the barrel consistently during batting practice.  Burger ran a 7.72 60yd dash
