Notes

Comments

12/14/25
Lean, athletic, 6-foot-1, 155-pound frame with clear room for future strength gains. Short, even, athletic lift with control as he works down the slope. Clean, quick arm on the backside jumps out at more of a stock slot. 84-85 FB played with riding life and was controlled well, easily getting into his velocity. Shaped both secondaries well, killing spin on a 78-80 CH, and showing a slurvey 73-74 SL with 2/8 shape. Chance for more velocity as strength is added, RHP follow in the class.
11/06/24
Spencer was another '27 arm that emerged as a follow from this event. The wiry, athletic, 6-foot-1, 155 pound right-hander pitched in the low-80s (T 82.5) from a short, compact arm circle that works quick. The fastball spun in the 2300s, getting 18" of IVB on average, and he also showed a tightly-spun, slurvey breaking ball in the upper-60s. Spencer reached 88 mph from the outfield, and turned in a 7.1 60-yard dash, traits to suggest his athleticism will allow him to continue to improve on the bump.
