+ Frame: Longer-limbed, 6-foot, 180 pound frame. + Delivery/Arm Action: Simple lift w dynamic, linear move gets big extension. Longer arm action w small stab on the backside (has improved), accelerates to an OTT look. + Stuff: 84-85 FB T 86 w big carry - 18.6" IVB avg & up to 22.1" IVB. Vert combined w extension and abv avg velocity plays this pitch up big time. 69-71 CB avg. 2199 rpm w shorter, two-plane break & is an avg pitch. 77-79 SL has upside w flatter break. Both are usable. 77-79 CH is best secondary & is sold w fastball arm speed. + Summation: Winters has taken a big jump, physically and w his stuff, since my last look on him at the end of the summer. The arm path has lengthened and he's keeping the ball moving better. The arm speed has taken a tick and the carry fastball will likely play above barrels this season & moving forward. There is feel for the change w two average breaking balls, giving Winters four usable pitches.

Body: 6-0, 170-pounds. Lanky Build
Delivery: Works out of stretch primarily, moderate balance point, works even down the slope. Shoulders tilt before release, lands square.
Arm Action: LH. Longer arm action from an over the top arm slot.
FB: T78, 74-78 mph. Good ride on FB T1993, 1882 average rpm.
CB: 62-64 mph. Decent Depth T2127, 2100 average rpm.
CH: 67-69 mph. Straight fading action. T1637, 1521 average rpm.
