6-foot-3, 190-pound projectable frame. At the plate, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 84 mph. Starts in a balanced tall stance with a small load, then uses a short stride just before his swing. Bat speed is above average and displays short swing plane. Gap to gap approach. Confident while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 81 mph; had rhythmic footwork, a quick fluid exchange and soft hands. Had consistent accuracy. Clocked a 60 time of 7.5 at the event. Projectable on the mound, used a long arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing some arm speed. Showed easy effort in his delivery. Lands square. Threw his fastball 82-83 mph; showed command low in the zone with straight movement. Throws a 11/5 curveball (71-73) that has late action and low in the zone command. His changeup (73-75) has very consistent control and fading action.

2.10.19 - Offensively, the 6-foot-2, 190-pound primary Pitcher starts in a athletic, open stance with his hands neutral. He displayed strong, confident hand and the ability to turn on the inside pitch. A 78 mph exit velocity was recorded.

Defensively, Patton displayed a 77 mph arm across the infield which was one of the best at the event.

On the mound, Patton shows serious promise. He showed solid, repeatable low effort mechanics with the ability to pitch down in the zone. His FB sat 79-80 with arm side run, along with a CB at 69-74 with 11/5 shape. He also threw a CH at 71-72 mph with good deception at near fastball arm speed.
