Body: Athletic and physical 6’1” 194 lbs. frame.
Hit: Starts in a tall, balanced set up that is slightly open. Simple load and stride to get back to center. Flat bat path with level extension through the ball. Present pull side power. Squared up a fastball during gameplay to RCF that went for a triple.
Power: Max exit velocity of 88 mph.
Arm: Short arm action. 3/4 arm slot. OF velocity of 85 mph.
Defense: Good jumps and reads in the OF with athletic footwork.
Run: Posted a 7.04 in the 60.
ETX JFG Trials
Projectable frame at 5-foot-11 and 175-pounds. He showed a long strides with his upright run, clocking a 7,49 60-yard dash. Left-handed swing, rocking load on back leg with wrap and coil of hands, low roation of hips, hands swivel into plane, high leverage swing with 82 mph exit velocity off the tee. Outfield footwork is fast on approach, cut off at transition to throw, short arm swing and 69 mph out of the hand. Stays low into legs at 1B, glove out front, secures ball well and transitions body positon with hips. 63 mph across the diamond.
