5/20/2018 Projectable 6-foot-3, 170-pound frame with long, wiry build, athleticism, and room to add strength. Long, loose arm action into high-3/4 release with quick arm speed and regular effort. Overall delivery is still raw, as his direction can get away from him at times, but he showed advanced athleticism that compensates. Pitched 82-84 mph with fastball, showing life in the zone. Also showed breaking ball with 11/5 shape and solid spin at 66-70 mph. Change up was thrown with fastball arm speed and showed slight fading action at 72-75 mph. Right-handed hitter starting from wide and relaxed setup with subtle movement in hands. Smooth, simple rhythm working into balanced hitting position. Short path with quick hands through the zone produced an exit velocity 85 mph. Defender that worked through ball well with receptive hands and athletic footwork, into long high-3/4 release posting a positional of 84 mph from outfield and 81 mph infield velocity. Ran a 7.51 60-yard dash.
