Bradley McCafferty: C/SS, (2025) out of Beverly, MA. is a talented 6-foot, 165-pound prospect. Offensively, McCafferty hits out of a balanced, athletic stance with the hands set just off the back shoulder. A smooth transition to the load allows the weight to get stacked over the back leg and the hands to get into a strong position to hit. The setup is even in base and he shows a pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The path is simple, uphill through contact and the hands work freely. On the mound, the fastball sat 74-75 mph. The spin pitch was 63-65 mph. The changeup showed at 66-68 mph and is trending in the right direction. The delivery is online with the feet and all from the stretch. The slot is slightly above 3/4 and he does a nice job with all moving parts.
