6-foot, 185-pound right-handed pitcher and outfielder. He ran a 6.97 sixty at the event as he is an athlete. The approach in the outfield is athletic and online, throwing 82 mph from right field with accuracy. The bat has an exit velocity of 94 mph. The setup is athletic and the front foot gains ground as the swing is produced. The path is slightly uphill to contact. The frame is solid and he should fill out nicely as he matures. On the mound, the fastball sat 80-81 mph with arm side action to the pitch. The spin pitch was big in shape, 64-66 mph, as it need more fastball hand speed to the pitch. The delivery is repeated and the slot is directly over the top . The feet are online and the ball travels true in direction.

Brayden Francis: RHP/OF, (2025) Gloucester, MA. 6-foot, 185-pound athletic projectable build. Projectable in the box, Francis’s best exit velocity was 90 mph. (69.8 mph bat speed average). (21.2 mph hand speed average). Started in a narrow open stance with a long load, then used a small closed stride. Bat speed was developing, displays an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. He created loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 83 mph; has developing soft hands, developing consistent feet, and a natural exchange. Movements laterally were athletic developing and he fields the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a quick consistent arm action and a high ¾ slot. Projectable on the mound, showing developing arm speed he used an over-the-top arm angle and a consistent arm action. Feel type pitcher and showed some effort. Showed consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 80-81 mph; showed arm side control and running sinking action. (Max spin 2214; Avg 2094). Threw a 12/6 curveball (67-69) with glove side around the zone control. (Max spin 1657; Avg 1499). Shows glove side control and slurvey action on his cutter (74-76).
