Above average in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 82 mph; has soft hands, consistent athletic feet, and a clean exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a high ¾ slot and a loose arm action. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.69.

Hit: (RHH) Projectable athletic. Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a small load, then uses a short stride. Quick developing bat speed. Good extension on his finish, flat loose swing. Line drive approach. 

Power: 87 mph exit velocity, average 78.59 mph. 67.06 mph bat speed average. 18.64 mph hand speed average.

Defense:  (IF) Soft hands, consistent athletic footwork, clean exchange. Above average.  Laterally, movements were developing and fielded the ball out front. 

Arm: 82 mph infield velocity. Loose arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.

Jacob Roque: SS/RHP, (2023) Wilmington, MA. 5-foot-8, 140-pound. Solid at the plate, Roque had a max exit velocity of 80 mph. Started in a tall stance with a tight load, then used a short stride. Bat speed was some, displayed a simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with some loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Fluid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 79 mph; has consistent hands, smooth rhythmic feet, and a fluid exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Showed a long arm action and a low ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base. Solid on the mound, using a short arm action he showed good arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Slow-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with a clean finish. Sat with his fastball at 75-76 mph; showed running action and consistent control. Threw a 12/6 curveball (63-65) that showed consistent command. His changeup (70-72) had control low in the zone and gradual action.

Defense:  (IF) Consistent hands, smooth rhythmic footwork, fluid exchange. Fluid.  Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. 

Arm: 79 mph infield velocity. Long arm action, low ¾ slot, consistent accuracy. 

Pitching: Solid. Slow-tempo delivery, some effort. High ¾ arm angle, good arm speed, short arm action. Consistent balance point, in line shoulders, lands square, a clean finish.

FB: T76. 75-76 mph. (Max spin 1355;  Avg 1115). Consistent accuracy, running action. 

CB: 63-65 mph. Consistent control, 12/6 shape. 

CH: 70-72 mph. Low in the zone control, gradual action. 

5-foot-7, 135-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder. He ran a 7.15 sixty at the event. The approach in the infield is solid with the feet as they stay active throughout the fielding process. The hands work free and clean, does tend to double tap with the ball after taking it out of the glove. He threw 74 mph across the diamond during the infield portion of the game. The bat has an exit velocity of 82 mph as physical strength gains are warranted. The setup is even in base and he uses a toe tap as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The hands work clean and free with the bat. The bat has a simple path as he took very good swings in game play.
