Jake Zawatsky: RHP/SS, (2024) Austin Prep, MA. 5-foot-10, 165-pound lean athletic build. Above average and athletic on the mound, showed above average arm speed, also used a high ¾ arm angle and a quick loose arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher and uses some effort. Has a consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 84-86 mph; shows control arm side in the zone and running action. Had fading gradual action and arm side around the zone control on his changeup (79-80). Throws a sharp slider (74-75) that has slurvey action and glove side command.

Jake Zawatsky: RHP/SS, (2024) Austin Prep, MA. 5-foot-10, 165-pound. At the plate, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 86 mph. (65.0 mph bat speed average). (20.5 mph hand speed average). Sets up in a balanced athletic stance and had a short stride. Has a simple flat swing plane and good extension on his finish. Gap to gap approach. Athletic in the infield, displayed a velocity of 83 mph; shows sure hands, smooth athletic feet, and a clean exchange. Had a high ¾ slot and a short arm action. On the mound, used a ¾ arm angle and a short arm action while showing quick arm speed. Shows easy effort in his delivery. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 85-86 mph. Shows sinking action. (Max spin 2282; Avg 2239). His changeup (78-80) shows fading action. Tight slider (77-78). (Max spin 2166; Avg 2165).

5-foot-9, 145-pound right-handed pitcher and middle infielder. He turned in a solid showing at the event. Ran a 7.65 sixty at the event. During the infield portion of the workout he showed the appropriate foot work and the glove is reliable. The arm showed well, throwing 75 mph across the diamond. At the plate, the setup wide and he steps into the swing. The path is clean and the hands work freely. The exit velocity is 78 mph. On the mound, the fastball touched 77 mph with arm side run. The spin pitch is 65-67 mph and solid in shape. The changeup is a work in progress at 70 mph. The delivery has crossfire to the feet and the slot is above 3/4. The lift is solid in tempo and he coils the back him prior to making his way into foot strike. The arm works well and his best days are in front of him on the bump. 

Exit Velocity- 78 mph

INF Velocity- 75 mph

5-foot-9, 145-pound right-handed pitcher and middle infielder. He is an excellent looking prospect, as he is very advanced for his age. The approach in the infield is appropriate, throwing 74 mph across the diamond. The glove is solid and  the movements are athletic. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 71 mph. The setup is even in base and the bottom half is under control. The path is long to contact, as he goes out and around to get to the ball. The addition of physical strength will aid the shortening of the swing. On the mound, the fastball sat 75 mph, minimal arm side action. The spin pitch is solid in shape, sitting 65-66 mph. The changeup is 72-73 mph with fade and sink to it. The delivery is quick in tempo and the slot is above 3/4. The arm works well and his direction is excellent at a young age. Good looking prospect. 

Tee Exit Velocity- 71 mph

INF Velocity - 74 mph
