(73.5 mph bat speed average). (21.2 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then used a small stride. Bat speed was  quick, had an uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Projectable above average throwing from the outfield, he displayed power in his arm with throws up to 93 mph;showed a natural clean exchange, in control athletic feet, and soft developing hands. Fields the ball to the side, movements laterally were athletic. Used a high ¾ slot and a very quick loose arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the base. Above average projectable on the mound, used a ¾ arm angle and a loose, very quick arm action while showing quick above average arm speed. Up-tempo type pitcher and uses decent effort. During his delivery, balance point is tall with on- line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 86-87 mph; has running sinking action and command arm side around the zone. (Max spin 2392; Avg 2294). Bat speed is quick developing, has a loose uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Was able to create loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Above average athletic in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 84 mph; shows a natural exchange, soft developing hands, and athletic developing feet. Laterally, movements were athletically developing and fielded the ball out front. Used a very quick arm action with a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the base. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.4. Above average projectable on the mound, showed above average developing arm speed, he had a very quick loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Balance point is tall with  in line shoulders during delivery. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Has a loose swing plane, developing quick bat speed and level finish. He barreled up multiple balls with loud contact. Aggressive gap to gap approach. Projectable athletic in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 77 mph; showed developing soft hands, athletic developing feet, and a clean natural exchange. Movements laterally were developing,  athletic and he fields the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a high ¾ slot and a loose arm action. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.56.  (Max spin ; Avg ). 

Rabuse is a talented 5-foot-10, 135 pound two-way prospect. At the plate, Rabuse has a loose, athletic stroke. The bat is quick through the zone and he stays on plane a long time. Throughout the swing he remains balanced and uses the whole field. In the outfield, Rabuse gets good reads. He runs well and he gets carry on his throws with a loose, quick arm. On the mound, Rabuse is really talented. The delivery is fluid, easy and in line with home plate. The arm works out of a long, ¾ slot that produces a late sinking fastball. He commanded the zone and showed a breaking ball with tight spin.
