Lowell Golub: RHP/3B, (2026) Berkshire School, NY. 6-foot, 150-pound athletic projectable build. Athletic and projectable in the box, Golub had an exit velocity of 89 mph. (67.0 mph bat speed average). (20.2 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a wrapping load, then used a small stride. Bat speed was developing, shows an uphill loose swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and  projectable from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 87 mph; has a natural exchange, soft hands, and athletic developing feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a high ¾ slot with a very quick loose arm action. Clocked a time of 7.56 in the 60-yard dash. Projectable and athletic on the mound, showed above average arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a loose quick arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher and shows some effort. Has falling off shoulder and consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 87-88 mph; has running action and control arm side around the zone. (Max spin 2447; Avg 2376). His curveball (75-76) has decent around the zone control and deceiving sweeping action. (Max spin 2435; Avg 2396). His slider (73-74) showed glove side command and slurvey action. Began in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a quick stride. Has quick bat speed, simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 88 mph; had consistent footwork, sure hands, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Clocked a 60 time of 7.76 at the event. On the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action while showing quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Produced a fastball that came in at 81-85 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2185; Avg 2097). His 11/5 curveball (73-74) had gradual action. (Max spin 2095; Avg 2074). His changeup (75-76) has some action.
