Projectable and  above average on the mound, showing above average arm speed he used a ¾ arm angle and a loose consistent arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher and shows some effort. He has in line shoulders with a consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 89-90 mph; shows command arm side around the zone and running sinking action. (Max spin 2219; Avg 2030). His changeup (79-80) showed gradual fading action and arm side command. Has sweeping action and glove side around the zone control on his slider (79-80). (Max spin 2190; Avg 1984).

Projectable and above average at the plate, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 88 mph. (61.51 mph bat speed average). (21.08 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced open stance with a wrapping small load, then uses a closed short stride. Bat speed is above average developing, exhibits a loose uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Athletic projectable in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 86 mph; shows a clean natural exchange, soft developing hands, and athletic developing feet. Fielded the ball out front with developing movement laterally. Showed consistent accuracy to the base with a high ¾ slot and a loose arm action. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.32.  (Max spin ; Avg ).

Body: 6-foot-2, 180-pound athletic projectable build.

Hit: (RHH) Projectable and above average. Started in a balanced open stance with a wrapping small load, then used a closed short stride. Above average developing bat speed. Good extension on his finish, loose uphill swing. Gap to gap approach. 

Power: 88 mph exit velocity, average 75.18 mph. 61.51 mph bat speed average. 21.08 mph hand speed average.

Defense:  (IF) Soft developing hands, athletic developing footwork, clean natural exchange. Athletic projectable.  Movements laterally were developing and he fields the ball out front. 

Arm: 86 mph infield velocity. Loose arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy. 

Speed: 7.32 (60-yard).

6-foot-1, 170-pound right-handed hitting infielder. The approach in the infield is solid as the feet remained active during the fielding of the baseball and he showed a reliable glove. The arm is clean, throwing 77 mph during the infield portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 86 mph. The setup is even in base and the front foot dives into the plate as the ball approaches the hitting zone. The path is flat through contact with the baseball. The hands work freely and the frame could use the addition of strength and weight.

Tambascia is a young 6-foot-1, 160 pound right-handed hitting infield prospect. He hits out of a narrow, slightly open stance. The load is short and gets the weight over the back leg. The swing is slightly elevated and produced a max exit velocity of 86.3 MPH. He stays balanced throughout the swing and finishes on plane. He also ran a 7.49 second sixty.

Defensively, Tambascia moved well and was 77 MPH on his throws across the infield. The feet are light and get him into a fundamental fielding position. As he works through the ground ball, the hands are soft, the hips get in line with the target and he uses a long arm swing. He finishes through the play, continuing to stay in line with the target.

Tambascia is a good looking young infielder. He moves well in the middle of the diamond, he has some arm strength and the bat has a chance.
