Quick to ball, works slightly uphill, slight pull approach with extension through ball, power potential to pull side, exit velocity was 88. In the outfield, clean footwork, gets behind ball, plays through it with average hands, clean exchange. Throws from a lower three-quarters arm slot with some accuracy, outfield velocity was 76.

2.12.17 - Galvin has a projectable 6-foot-1, 190-pound frame. He runs a 7.25 60-yard dash. He has an open stance at the plate with an active leg kick in load. Short to the ball with bat speed and level swing path showing ability to drive the baseball. Gets some extension through contact with a well-balanced finish. His exit velocity is 88. Works through the ball well in the outfield. Lets the ball get too deep at times. Some carry on his throws with a sound arm action throwing from a three-quarter slot. Positional velocity is 78 and he could potentially get more velocity with continued momentum throughout the throw.

2.21.16 - Projectable frame at 6-foot-1, 175-pounds. Ran a 7.38 60-yard dash. Athletic set up at the plate. Short load with small leg kick to hitting position. Has short swing path to the ball and shows ability to spread ball all over the field. Has some extension. Gets some lower half involvement. Shows some balance in swing. Exit velocity of 77 mph. Active feet in the outfield. Quick arm action throwing from a high ¾ arm slot. Throws have some carry at 75 mph. Nice frame on prospect and once to keep an eye on to monitor development as he smoothens out actions.
