Maryland Unsigned Senior Games

Body: 5’9’’, 172 pounds. Athletic and strong body type. 
Hit: LHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance at the plate from the left side. Smooth back load with a toe-tap into a small leg kick. Creates hand separation and stays short to the ball with a slightly uphill swing path. Stays behind the ball well with a strong lower half and gets extension through contact. Keeps head down through contact with a strong two-handed finish. Nice balanced middle/pull-side line drive approach. 
Power: 91 mph exit velocity during BP per TrackMan. Showed more power to the pull-side.  
Arm: RH. INF - 80 mph. Throws with shorter arm action from a mid three-quarter slot. 
Defense: Works through the ball at third with fundamental footwork and fields the ball out in front with two hands. Funnels to chest and gains ground in gather. Showed athleticism on various types of plays with the ability to throw from various arm angles.
Run: 7.76 60-yard time.

Delivery: Controlled side-step wind-up and leg kick to a tall balance position. Mixes deliveries to mess with hitter’s timing. Lands in-line with the plate against a stiff front side with arm extension. Complete follow through and slightly upright, athletic finish. 
Arm Action: RH. Throws with a full arm circle from a high three-quarter slot. 
FB: T81 mph, 76-80 mph. Average spin rate of 2080 rpm per TrackMan. 
CB: 63-64 mph. Big 12/6 shape with an average spin rate of 1819 rpm per TrackMan.
KN: 63-64 mph.

Maryland Top Prospect Games West

Body: 5’10’’, 180 pounds. Strong, athletic frame. 
Hit: LHH. Hits from a balanced, square stance from the left side of the plate. Smooth back load with hands pre-set in an exaggerated back position away from the body. Controlled stride with limited lower half involvement. Stays behind and is short to the ball with an uphill swing path. Gets good extension through contact before releasing top hand early into a one-handed finish. Used the whole field in BP working gap-to-gap. 
Power: 88 mph exit velocity per TrackMan during BP. Upper body strength present and showed power to the pull-side with more projected with increased lower half involvement in the swing. 
Arm: RH. INF - 80 mph. Throws with shorter arm action form a high three-quarter slot. 
Defense: Fields the ball out in front with an athletic set-up. Funnels quickly into the chest with quick, clean exchanges from glove to throwing hand. Moves feet well and shows some lateral range with the ability to throw from various arm slots depending on the type of play. 
Run: 7.80 60-yard time.

Delivery: Side-step wind-up and leg kick to a tall balance position. Early separation hiding the ball behind his body through balance. Loads weight hard on back side with exaggerated uphill shoulder tilt. Strong down-to-out lower half drive off the rubber with a long stride down the mound. Does mix deliveries at times. Gets over the front side well with extension and lands in-line with the plate. Full follow through and athletic finish. 
Arm Action: RH. Throws downhill with long arm action from a high three-quarter slot with intent. Creates quick arm speed through release. 
FB: T80 mph, 78-80 mph. Slight arm-side run at times with an average spin rate of 2028 rpm per TrackMan.
CB: 62-65 mph. Showed more 12/6 shape with an average spin rate of 1819 rpm per TrackMan.
KN: 65-66 mph.

Preseason All-State Session III

Positional Profile: 3B/RHP
Body: 5’9”, 180 pounds. Strong, solid, athletic body type. 
Hit: LHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly crouched, square stance with hands pre-set from the left side. Simplistic swing with a smooth back load and toe tap into a short stride. Creates good hand separation with a slightly uphill swing path. Stays behind the ball well, generating some lower half involvement. Great extension through the zone and past contact incorporating quick hands and fast bat speed. Finishes strong with two hands. Nice middle to pull side approach, spraying balls into the gaps and alleys consistently during BP.  
Power: 91 mph exit velocity from the tee. Ball jumps off the bat well. Power to pull side present with more projected. 
Arm: RH. INF - 75 mph. Throws with shorter arm action from a mid to high three quarter slot. 
Defense: Surrounds the ball well, fielding it out in front. Funnels the ball to the belt with clean exchanges after a slight glove tap. Shows active feet, showing the ability to throw from various arm slots.  
Run: 4.44 home-to-first time.

DeliveryStarts with a side rocker step into a waist high leg kick. Separates his hands and brings the ball out of his glove very early. Uses his body well to hide the ball until delivery. Generates good torque and extension of his lower half. Ends in a fielder's position.
Arm Action: RH. Throws downhill out of a low three-quarter arm slot.
FB: T78 mph, 75-77 mph. Some arm-side run was evident.
CB: 64-65 mph. Loopy, 10/4 shape.
CH66-68 mph. Thrown infrequently, but with control.
KN: 63-65 mph.

MD Top Prospect Games II

Solid body type and 5’9’’, 180 pound frame. Hits from a balanced, athletic, square stance from the left side. Smooth back load with hand separation and a toe tap used for timing. Short to the ball with a level swing path and quick bat speed through the hitting zone. Swings with intent and stays behind the ball well with some lower half involvement. Gets good extension through contact and finishes strong with two hands. Strong pull-side approach with strength and power present. Squared up a ton of balls in BP and plus power is projected as he works on getting lower half through more by rotating back side. Recorded an 84 mph exit velocity. Works through the ball at third and showed quick exchanges gaining ground on throws to first base. Fields the ball out in front and throws with short arm action from a high three-quarter slot at 77 mph across the diamond. Showed the ability to make plays on the run and throw from a variety of other arm slots with accuracy. Ran a 7.75 60-yard time.
