6-foot, 190 pound physical athletic prospect. Showed a good approach to and through the baseball at third base. Excellent range and decent arm strength at 82 mph across the infield. Ran a 4.31 home to 1st. The ball jumps off his bat with a pull approach at the plate. Good set up with great lower half through his swing. Bat speed registered at 81 mph.
10-10-2018: Another Walters State CC transfer playing in the middle of the field is Austin Henry, R-JR. Playing second base next to his counterpart, Henry stands 6-foot, 205-pounds, with a strong, muscular frame. He may not have had a knock to show for it, but he did drive in a run in each of his first three at-bats. Flew out on the barrel to right field for a sac fly, grounded into a 6-4 fielder’s choice for an RBI, and flew out sharply to right centerfield for another sac fly. (Bicknell)
