Tall frame that comes set with a closed stance. Throws over the top and works well at the bottom of the zone. CH runs and falls out of the zone. FB has late life to it.
Blake Kolb: RHP/OF, (2025) Detroit Catholic Central, MI. 6-foot-2, 195-pound. Solid capable on the mound, showed a high ¾ arm angle and a short arm action with good arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with recoil finish. (Max spin 2163; Avg 2000).

Began in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled compact load, then used a small leg kick. Athletic projectable on the mound, showing quick arm speed he had a quick arm action with a high arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort.
