Braden LaRusso: OF/RHP, (2022) Saline, MI. 6-foot, 160-pound. In the box, Larusso had an exit velocity of 88 mph. Starts in an open stance with a smooth load, then uses a leg kick just before his swing. Has long swing plane, above average bat speed and good extension on his finish. Through his round he found a couple of barrels with some loud contact. Gap to gap approach. His best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 83 mph. Solid In the infield, shows a fluid exchange, rhythmic feet and sure hands. Used a high ¾ slot and a long arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the base. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.59. On the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle with a quick arm action while showing good arm speed. Feel type pitcher who shows some effort. During his delivery balance point is tall with downhill shoulders. Lands square with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 79-81 mph and topped out at 82 mph; has consistent command and running action. Has in the zone control and tight action on his 11/5 curveball .
