9/16/12 Grimes is a 6-foot-3 big target at first base. He moved well around the bag and picked a lot of throws that were in the dirt. He had nice soft hands as well. At the plate he used his leverage to drive the ball coupled with his aggressive approach. For a big frame he had a shorter stroke and good balance.
