Pitching: On the mound shows an upbeat tempo turning inward with a high leg lift throwing from 3/4 arm angle. Settled into a groove working right at the hitters. Has an aggressive mentality attacking hitters. Fastball sat 82-85 mph. Curve showed a nice break at times 74-75 mph with a sweeping action.
Swing: Sets up with a narrow open base at the plate with his hands back in a loaded position. Strides forward on his front leg with a short swing making contact. Athletic prospect that has good athleticism on display. 89 mph exit velocity.
Fielding: In the field works smoothly to the ball, fielding off his front leg working his way to an elevated crow hop and throw with some carry 85 mph.
Mechanics:Steps right showing a small pause as he pivots and works to his balance point. Throws from a 3/4 arm angle.
Fastball: Showed good natural arm action with spotty command. Sat 81-83 mph.
Curve: Sweeping action on the breaking ball that showed late life 68-71 mph.
Change up: Cut action on the deceptive change up 76-77 mph.
6-foot-1, 150 long athletic two way prospect. Has long strides and attacks the ball well in the OF throwing it quickly using a long arm. At the plate uses a narrow stance with a slight knee crouch keeping his hands close to his body. Has a small leg stride and hand movement for his load swinging uphill. Has big upside on the mound delivering with long arm action working low in the zone. Fastball was 74-75 mph with lots of late life. 66-67 mph late breaking 2/7 curve.
