On the mound works at an upbeat tempo throwing with a loose arm action from a high 3/4 arm angle. Fastball sat 82-86 mph with natural lefty run. Featured a 73-75 mph big breaking curve as his out pitch and a 71-73 mph sinking change up.

Fantauzzo has an athletic 5-foot-10, 155-pound build. On the mound, he throws from a high-3/4 arm slot with a short, stabbing arm action. His fastball sat 78-82 mph with late run and sink. His curveball shows gradual break with 12/6 shape sitting 60-64 mph. His changeup sat 65-66 mph and thrown with near fastball arm speed. He hides the ball and repeats his mechanics while showing the ability to command his fastball to both sides of the plate.
