Joshua Midbo: RHP/SS, (2023) L�Anse Creuse North, MI. 6-foot-4, 185-pound. At the plate, Midbo was ranked 3rd with an exit velocity of 97 mph.Bat speed is above average, displays a flat swing plane and good extension on his finish. Pull side approach. Projectable in the infield, his best throw was registered at 79 mph; had soft hands, a lengthy exchange, and smooth footwork. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball one hand. The athletic recruit showcased his speed with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.89. Solid projectable on the mound, showed good arm speed with a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Feel type pitcher who shows easy effort. Showed tall balance point with even shoulders. Lands square with upright finish. Curveball (71-73 mph). Produced a fastball that came in at 84-86 mph and topped out at 88 mph; (Max spin 1952; Avg 1742).
