6-foot-4, 203 pound prospect has continued to fill out his frame since the last time we've seen him. At the plate holds his hands high with hand movement making good contact. Lifts his front leg, showing a good ability to make are contact. Clean fielder at 3B with an advanced approach, working through the ball. Moves well at 1B showing agile feet..

6-foot-2, 190 pounds with an athletic frame. Ran a 7.41 60 yard dash time. The right handed hitter uses a balanced base with leg kick stride. Displays the ability place linedrives all over the field. Top exit velocity of 81 mph. Clean hands in the infield. Throws through a high 3/4 slot while topping out at 74 mph on throws across the diamond. On the mound the right handed pitcher features smooth tempo, and repeatability. Fastball showed some arm-side movement at 74-77 mph. Breaking ball works through an 11/5 plane at 65-70 mph. Also mixes in a 70-71 mph changeup. 

9/15/19: With four home runs on the day, Hecht easily garnered top hitter honors. His third HR of the day left the bat with a 93.3 exit velocity and travled 330'. A transfer from Concordia University (MI) the 6-foot-4, 205 pound Hecht batted .264 with 3 HR and 25 RBI in 110 at-bats last spring for the Cardinals.
