Foppe has a strong body, quick arm speed, high and controlled leg lift, aggressive down the mound, fastball topped at 86 mph, works 83-85 mph, throws for a strike, late run, breaking ball has 11-to-5 shape, has good feel and depth, sharp and late action, 71-74 mph, lands for a strike, near fastball arm speed on change up, 72-74 mph, looks to be more in the tank with strength and arm action to already good velo.
2/17/19 - Foppe is a 6-foot-2 185-pound right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2018 class. Foppe has a strong frame, high three quarters release, quick tempo in delivery, in stride, arm works out front, fastball worked 81-83 mph, touching 86 mph, some with running action, 11-to-5 breaking ball 67-71 mph, shows the potential to be sharp, change up at 72-76 mph, will drop arm slot, arm side release.
