At the plate, balanced stance with pre-pitch rhythm in hands, slightly closed stride, strong lower half, reverse toe tap to stride, level path with mostly pull side line drives. In the outfield, 74 mph positional velocity, high three quarters arm slot, fluid footwork to the ball, clean transfer gaining momentum with feet after the catch, some throws accurate. On the mound, Jerger worked his fastball at 74-77 mph, slight arm side run, breaking ball at 64-66 mph, occasionally sharp 1-to-7 shape, high three quarters arm slot, will work glove side, smooth acceleration tempo with in line direction, long take away from glove, strong and athletic build.
