Prayer has long limbs and levers, quick arm speed, three quarters release, throws downhill, fastball worked 81-85 mph, sight sink, breaking ball at 65-71 mph, 2-to-8 shape, some sharp, change-up has slight sink at 71-74 mph, hides ball well in delivery, slightly across body adding deception, loose arm action and frame suggest increases as he continues to develop.

2/14/16 - Prayer is a left-handed pitcher in the Missouri class of 2018. Attends Parkway North HS in St. Louis. Rangy 6-foot-2, 163-pound frame. Delivery with rhythm and flow. Long, loose arm action, low three quarters arm slot, minimal effort. Fastball 77-81 mph, nothing straight, cuts/sinks down in the zone. Breaking ball with 2/8 shape, plus pitch in the making, most with tight spin down in the zone, 69-71 mph. Change-up with arm side run and sink, 70-73 mph. Ideal pitchers frame with plenty of room to fill out physically, projection guy, strong follow in class of 2018.
