Noonan is a 6-foot, 180-pound, right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2021 class. Noonan has long and lean build with room for growth and he develops and gains strength. Noonan throws with regular effort as he works down the mound, slight uphill tilt with shoulders, hides the ball from the hitter behind his body, adds deception to his delivery with a higher glove side and striding slightly across his body, works from a high three-quarter release. Fastball 78-81 mph, tops at 82 mph, occasional run, around the strike zone, some feel for his curveball at 66-68 mph, mostly gradual action, 11-to-5 shape, changeup is thrown with near fastball arm speed, 70-71 mph with some arm side run.
