Lance Bolles: RHP/2B, (2021) Kearney, MO. 5-foot-11, 170-pound slim frame. Solid on the mound, where he showed good arm speed, also used an over-the-top arm angle and a long arm action. Feel type pitcher and shows some effort. He has even shoulders with strong balance point. Has a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 80-82 mph; showed consistent command riding flat through the zone. His changeup (64-65) showed some action. His curveball (72-73) had tight action.

Bolles is a 5-foot-11, 165-pound, right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2021class. Bolles’ delivery is repeatable, controlled leg lift, slight hitch after he gathers his weight at leg lift, across the body stride, gains momentum down the mound, creates downhill tilt with his shoulders, regular effort, hides the ball well with his arm swing and high glove side action, over the top release. Fastball sat 78-81 mph at the event, tops at 82 mph, thrown for strikes, located the ball to the bottom of the strike zone, curveball is thrown with near fastball arm speed, 12-to-6 shape, sharp bite at times, changeup shows fading action to his arm side, thrown for strikes, 69-72 mph at the event.

10/20/18 - Bolles is a 5-foot-11, 150-pound right-handed pitching prospect in Missouri’s 2021 recruiting class out of Kearney, MO. Bolles has a simple and repeatable delivery, across the body with stride, accelerates down the mound, works downhill, hides the ball with a high glove side action, quick arm action, works from an over the top arm slot. Fastball is 75-78 mph, produces late cut action, thrown for a good amount of strikes. Curveball is 62-64 mph, 12-to-6 shape with late and sharp bite at times, thrown for a high percentage of strikes. Changeup has a chance to be a plus pitch, tough for hitters to pick up as it is thrown with fastball arm speed, arm side run, 69-73 mph.
