King has a solidly built 5-foot-8, 160-pound frame and impressed with ability in the outfield and at the plate. In the outfield, King showed to have good body control to the ball, taking good routes with a clean exchange. He consistently played through the ball, with all throws accurate and on a line to his target and a top throw of 75-mph. At the plate, the left handed hitter has a slightly open stance with a slightly uphill bat path. King was able to extend through contact, driving the ball to all fields. As he continues to progress, there is some power potential in his swing.
