Body: 5-foot-8, 185-pound stocky build with strength in the lower half

Hit: RHH.  At the plate starts with a slightly open stance and athletic posture.  Quiet hand set up at shoulder height and a flat bat angle with a slightly tipped barrel.  Long stride into a wider base with hands working direct to the ball.  Slight uphill bat path and looks to get the ball up in the air.  Shows some strength at contact.  Plays the ball out in front of the plate and shows the ability to get some extension to the pull side.  Maintains balance throughout the swing.  Strong lower half drive into a firm front leg.

Power:  90 mph exit velocity in BP.

Arm: RH.  C-77 mph.  Pop Times: 2.00-2.06

Run: 7.97 runner in the 60.

Body: A strong and stout 5-foot-8 180-pound frame with broad shoulders

Hit: RHH. Starts from an open, athletic and back leg heavy set-up with rhythm in his hands. Uses a slight leg lift and long stride before launching his hands on an efficient and flat path to contact with the barrel getting around the ball at times and some natural lift. Middle to pull side and mostly flat approach. 

Power: 83 mph exit velocity from the tee and 88 mph in BP. 

Arm: Low exchange and short arm stroke coming through a near over the top slot producing pop times of 1.95-1.98 at 76 mph. Some accuracy.  

Defense: Shows flexibility and a big target with some bounce in his hands catching from a modified one knee set-up. Shows low exchanges and consistent and clean footwork on throws down. Well above average blocker. 

Run: 4.58 runner from home to first.


Stocky 5-foot-8, 180-pound build with present athleticism and a strong lower half. The right-handed hitter sets up in an open stance with active hands. Toe-tap load and long stride into a quick, uphill swing path through the zone. Gap-to-gap approach with loud contact and hard line-drives during BP. 86 mph bat-exit velocity. Ran an 8.00 60-yard dash. Behind the plate, shows above average flexibility with good receiving skills and blocking ability. Quick, clean exchanges and footwork, making accurate 77 mph throws with pop times ranging between 1.94-1.97 seconds.

Wilkins is a 5-foot-7 160-pound right-handed hitting catcher in Missouri's 2022 class.  He ran a 4.88 home to first and has a 77 mph exit velocity. At the the plate, slightly open stance, minimal load to back side, efficient load, loose hands, feel for the barrel, gap to gap line drives, stays in lower half, hits with leverage.  Behind the plate, 2.01 to 2.08 pop times, 72 mph positional velocity, wide base in set up, short over the top release, accurate thrower, some with carry to the bag, quick transfer and throw.
