Starts in an open stance with a smooth load, then uses a long stride to initiate his swing. Had upward swing plane and had good extension on his finish. Created some loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, his position velocity was registered at 82 mph. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.2. Above average on the mound, showed an over-the-top arm angle and a loose arm action with quick arm speed. Slow-tempo type pitcher who shows easy effort. Has athletic balance point. Threw his fastball 86-88 mph with a max of 88 mph. Curveball (73-76 mph), changeup (78-80 mph).
