Started in a tall active stance with a tight compact load, then used a short quick stride. Bat speed is flashed above average, has a short swing plane and high front foot finish. He barreled up lots of balls with some loud contact. Aggressive approach. Capable in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 64 mph; had consistent developing hands, a natural exchange, and choppy average footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Had a longer arm action and a high ¾ slot with decent accuracy to the bag. Recorded a time of 8.35 in the 60-yard dash. Solid on the mound, had a moderate longer arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with consistent arm speed. Feel up-tempo type pitcher who uses decent effort. Showed tall balance point and even shoulders. Lands square and soft with upright finish. Threw his fastball 68-70 mph. showed command around the zone decent. (Max spin 1596; Avg 1381).
