John Paul Allen: RHP/3B, (2022) Lewisburg, MS. 5-foot-11, 165-pound lean frame. At the plate, Allen had an exit velocity of 80 mph. Begins in a tall stance with a smooth load, then uses a short stride to initiate his swing. Simple flat swing plane. Line drive approach. In the infield, his best throw was recorded at 72 mph. On the mound, used a loose arm action with an over-the-top arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Used some effort in his delivery. Shows in line shoulders. an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 76-78 mph and topped out at 78 mph. Curveball (69-70 mph), changeup (66-68 mph).
